Duet - Award Winning Design

Duet is a set of high-fidelity wireless headphones, high quality desktop speakers and a practical set of portable wireless speakers combined to work in any scenario the user may wish to enjoy music.

Duet was designed in response to a brief provided by DCA for Loughborough Design School - Live Projects Week. This required an accelerated approach to the design process. A problem was isolated, market research was carried out, a focus group was undertaken, a concept generation and development period took place and a final proposal all had to be condensed into a 10 day period. I've found I often thrive in high pressure design scenarios allowing myself to focus on key elements of the design process resulting in compelling concepts. Duet went on to be awarded 3rd place by DCA and Loughborough Design School.
